The CPTCP, consists of:

a) The General Assembly of Associates.

The General Assembly of members is the highest decision making body of the organization and is integrated by partners to the Commission comprising representatives of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay.

b) The Board of Directors (which elects the President and Vice President)

c) The Executive Secretariat.
